Import to Simply Once
Export your iCloud Passwords from Safari
Export your iCloud Passwords so you can bring them into Simply Once.
Before you start: Mac only. You’ll need a Mac running Safari 15 or later. iCloud Passwords can’t be exported from Windows or iOS. The export is a plain-text file — delete it as soon as your import is done.

Open the Passwords app (in Applications, or via Spotlight).
- 2
Authenticate
Authenticate with Touch ID or your Mac login password.
- 3

.csvfile (sometimes inside a .zip).
Keep the file safe
- This file lists every saved password in the clear — treat it like cash.
- Delete it the moment your import into Simply Once is done.
- Never email it or upload it to cloud storage.
- Don’t share the file with anyone.
- Use Shift + Delete on Windows, or empty your Trash on a Mac, so it can’t be recovered.
