Capture
Your camera does the typing.
Scan your license, passport, or insurance card and Simply Once reads it — building real records for your identity, your home, your car, with a copy of the document attached. Two minutes to a working vault.
The difference
A scan that builds records, not a pile of photos
A scanner app leaves you with pictures you'll dig through later. Simply Once reads what it sees and turns it into structured, validated records — a name that knows it's a name, an address that knows which address it is — ready to fill forms the moment you need them.
What you can capture
Start with whatever's in your wallet
IDs
Driver's license, passport.
Vehicles
Scan the VIN or registration; the car builds itself.
Insurance cards
Health and coverage details, ready for intake forms.
Documents
Statements, records, and paperwork — scanned with the text read out (OCR) and stored alongside the file.
Family
Add the people who matter; some records are added, not scanned.
What a single license scan creates
Why it’s better
What makes a Simply Once scan different
Structured records, not photos. Every detail lands as a typed, validated field — exactly what lets autofill put the right value in the right box later. A photo can't fill a form. A record can.
The document rides along. The scan itself is kept with the record — so when someone needs to see the license, not just the number, it’s one tap away.
One scan seeds many records. A license isn't one piece of information — it's your identity, your address, your card image, a contact. Simply Once fans one scan out into everything it contains, so your vault fills itself faster than you could type it.
Captured today, filled tomorrow
This is where “never fill out a form again” begins
Everything you capture becomes the fuel for autofill — applications, quotes, checkouts, intake forms, completed from records you built with your camera.

Is it safe?
Your documents stay yours
Everything you capture is encrypted on your device before it's stored — the scan, the record, all of it. Simply Once can't read your license, and neither can anyone else. Only you hold the key.
Common questions
Which documents can I scan?
Driver’s licenses, passports, insurance cards, vehicle VINs and registrations, and general documents — statements, records, paperwork — with the text read out and kept searchable.
Does it keep a copy of the actual document?
Yes. The image is stored with the record, encrypted like everything else — so you have both the data for forms and the document for proof.
What if a scan reads something wrong?
You review every record before it's saved — each field is editable, so you confirm it's right once and it's right everywhere after.
Can I type instead of scanning?
Of course. Scanning is the fast lane, not the only lane — add anything by hand, or import from another app. Import from another app
Is it safe to scan my passport or license?
Yes — the scan is encrypted on your device before it’s stored, and only you can unlock it. Not even Simply Once can see it. How your data is protected
How long does it take to get set up?
About two minutes: download, scan your license, and you have a working vault — identity, address, and the card itself, ready to use.
